Thesis deals with the problem of the efficiency increasing of packaged cargo delivery process in the intercity by road transport due to its formation on the basis of logistic principles in terms of technical, technological, infrastructural and financial constraints taking into account the business interests of transport process participants. The research object is the technological process of packaged cargo delivery process by road transport in the intercity. Scientific novelty of the results is the proposed approach to efficiency increasing of packaged cargo delivery process in the intercity by road transport. For the first time: - the complex evaluation of the formative process of packaged cargo delivery in the intercity has been proposed from the level of the simplest technological operations to the basic logistic chains variants, which, unlike the existing ones, takes on technical, technological, infrastructural and financial constraints, taking into account the business interests of the transport process participants; - the problem of forming a complete set of alternatives packaged cargo transport and technology delivery schemes in the intercity has been formalized and solved. It allows, unlike existing, get the best, not a rational option of transport and technology delivery scheme in the intercity by road transport by determining parameters influence the demand for technological parameters of delivery scheme. The methodological approach to assess the synergistic effect of the choice of the optimal intercity delivery scheme options has been further developed by taking into account the impact of technological and logistical delivery scheme parameters on efficiency criterion for each of the participants. The thesis presents the model of the alternative transport and technological schemes of packaged cargo delivery process in the intercity by road transport, which allows estimating the efficiency of each alternative delivery schemes for each individual request and choosing the best one that will minimize the costs of all delivery process participants. The results of the dissertation research have been obtained using methods of system analysis, optimization methods, simulation modeling, positions of probability theory and regression analysis methods. Estimation of the economic effect of using the optimal TSTSD was carried out using the synergetic principles. The practical significance of the results is to develop methods to determine the optimal use of transport and technology delivery scheme areas. The presented in the thesis models can be used to develop optimal transport and technology delivery scheme with maximum cost savings of the transport process participants.
