Based on the developed methodological approaches, a disorder of cooperative interaction between NK cells and granulocytes was found due to a impairment expression of CD11b adhesion molecules in response to stimulation of TLR7 / 8. The results of the work prove the effectiveness of using the test with dihydrodrodamine-123 as a screening method for diagnosing chronic granulomatous disease(CGD) and determining the type of inheritance of this pathology
