Yarosh A. The legal regulation of financing of general secondary education in Ukraine

In the thesis the problems of legal regulation of financing of secondary education are studied. The retrospective analysis of legal regulation of financing of secondary education in Ukraine is made. In the thesis the author's definitions of "financing of secondary education", "the legal regulation of financing of secondary education" are made. The types, forms and methods of financing of secondary education are differentiated. The principles on which it is based are outlined. The current state of legal regulation of budgetary and extrabudgetary financing of secondary schools is analyzed. Gaps, contradictions are identified, proposals to eliminate them are found.The proposals to implement the legal regulation of voucher approach, individual financing and grant financing which are actual abroad, aiming to improve the legal regulation of financing of secondary education, are developed.
