The thesis examines a comprehensive study of administrative and legal provision of state control in the field of informatization. Scientific approaches to the concepts "informatization" and "control in the field of informatization" are summarized.Theoretical and legal bases of the provision of state control in the field of informatization are highlighted. The concept of "state control in the field of information" discussed in broad and narrow aspects. In particular, in a narrow sense - is the verification of compliance with decisions of higher organizations, regulations different management systems specific organization, compliance with technical, economic and organizational standards, the implementation of planned activities, tasks, observance of labor discipline entities regulated by administrative law activities of public authorities to information.Suggestions and recommendations related to the improvement of legislation regarding provision of state control in the field of informatization are formulated.
