Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of mechanisms for reforming public administration based on the European principles of public administration and the experience of the Eastern Partnership countries. The work reveals the role and classification of mechanisms for reforming public administration in accordance with the criteria and international performance indices. Strategic directions of reforming public administration in the context of implementing the provisions of the Association Agreement on the basis of basic regulatory acts have been determined. Innovative mechanisms for implementing public administration reform in Ukraine have been developed and proposed.
