Zolotarova D. The legal basis of land use for exploration.

The dissertation is devoted to the scientific development of legal principles for the land use for exploration. it has been studied the scientific periodization of the organizational-legal regulation of relations in the field of origin, implementation and termination of land use for exploration. The paper defines the concept of "rights on land use for exploration" and its legal nature; characterizes the features of mentioned rights; considers the object and subject essence of the right on land use; discloses the features of the origin and termination of mentioned rights; also the comparative analysis of the legal principles of land use for exploration under the laws of Ukraine and other countries have been conducted. It has been identified the gaps in the current legislation and provided scientifically based proposals to improve the legal regulation of corresponding social relations.
