Thesis is dedicated to the development of scientific and methodical principles and practical recommendations for introduction of transformational changes on the automobile transport enterprises under the conditions of dynamic environment. There had been researched and systematised the preliminary conditions for transformational changes on domestic enterprises. There had been substantiated the system of criteria for determining efficiency of variants for transformational changes strategies, which comprises the factors of economic efficiency and competitiveness of an enterprise. There had been suggested the methodical approach to choosing the priority directions of transformational changes of the automobile transport enterprises, based on the method of additive optimisation. There had been developed the algorithm and software necessary for the determination of the optimal direction, strategies and variants of transformational changes for ATE with the consideration of multi criteria nature of the task on conditions of uncertainty.
