Essay

The work for the first time comprehensively analyzed the legal regulation of information support for the personnel policy of the public administration body. The foreign experience of the legal regulation of information support for the personnel policy of public authorities has been systematized and analyzed. The directions of improving the legal regulation of information support for the personnel policy of the public administration body at the present stage of development of the Ukrainian society are determined, and concrete changes are introduced to the current Ukrainian legislation.
