The dissertation studies general theoretical provisions about prevention and regulation of competitive interests as means of the fight against corruption. A concept and features of prevention and regulation of competitive interests as means of the fight against corruption are determined; a classification of competitive interests is done. A history of research on prevention and regulation of competitive interests as means of the fight against corruption in the national legal science and their normative consolidation in the legislation of Ukraine are studied.
