The administrative-legal basis of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine as a central executive body for the implementation of fiscal and customs policy in the state has been systematically investigated. The theoretical and legal bases of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine are considered, its concept, tasks and place in the state mechanism are clarified. The revealed principles of institutionalization of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine as the central executive authority in the sphere of state fiscal and customs policy; the essence of the State fiscal service of Ukraine as a subject of state management has been improved.
