Skomarov O. Administrative and legal basis of activity of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the anti-corruption activities of special of law enforcement institutions and administrative and legal bases of activity of National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine particular. Periodization of historical stages of formation of the system of anti-corruption bodies is made. Also there are a definition and description of administrative and legal status National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, revealed organizational and legal aspects of building its system and structure. The powers of National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, features, forms and procedure of its interaction with other public institutions are analyzed. In the dissertation is provided author's concept of administrative and legal support of activity of National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, and has been made suggestions for improving of the legal reglamentation of activity of National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
