Hrymych M. Court Acts as a Source of Administrative Procedural Law of Ukraine

Theoretical and legal approaches to understanding the sources of administrative procedural law and their essential features have been generalized. The features of using the judicial precedent as a source of administrative procedural law of Ukraine have been defined. The essence and legal nature of court acts have been found out. The types of court acts have been systematized; and their law-making significance has been determined. The features of applying the judgements of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine within administrative legal relations have been revealed. The author has processed law-making acts of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and has determined the peculiarities of their use within administrative proceedings. The practice of using court acts within administrative legal relations has been generalized; and the ways of its improvement have been offered. The essence of judicial precedent as a source of administrative procedural law in in the countries of continental legal system has been revealed; and opportunities to use their experience in Ukraine have been defined.
