In the thesis the basic conceptual approaches to defining the essence of investment attractiveness domestic and foreign scientists and formulated its own scientific position on the interpretation of its essence, the classification of types of investment attractiveness of engineering enterprise, examined and improved methodological principles of investment attractiveness of engineering enterprise, critically examined and supplemented methodological approaches to assessing the investment attractive STI engineering company; made rapid analysis of investment attractiveness of Ukraine engineering, the analysis of investment attractiveness of mechanical engineering coefficient method and implemented integrated assessment of investment attractiveness. In the dissertation new approaches for the management of investment attractiveness of engineering companies, namely, a procedure for forming a strategy of investment attractiveness of engineering companies and built its system of information provision. The urgency, importance and the need for it is cost-based approach to the management of investment attractiveness in the context of engineering companies which offered appropriate models of investment attractiveness of engineering enterprises based on value-oriented approach to management.
