Redko M. Strategic restructuring of agrarian enterprises in conditions of globalization

Thesis of Redko M.S. is devoted to determining the essence, content and complex of mechanisms of restructuring of agrarian enterprises in conditions of globalization. This includes the definition of the concept of "strategic restructuring of agrarian enterprises" as an economic category and the process of economic reproduction in the system of AIC, and the need to complement the existing research methodology by clarifying the values and actions of economic laws, regularities, principles, methods and factors of justifying the restructuring processes in agrarian economic systems. On the other hand, there is an urgent need to improve the informative characteristics of components of mechanisms for restructuring measures, setting priorities and strategies for its implementation. The above mentioned issue matches the content of research of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University and is a part of its content generalizations. Within a defined purpose a range of following research tasks are performed: combination and content of strategic restructuring agricultural enterprises based on the realities of development of agrarian economy is grounded; existing methodology of strategic restructuring by determining the content of laws, scientific principles, methods and factors influencing its organization is developed; methodical approaches to assess the effectiveness of restructuring as well as the restructuring actions on the side of the government bodies.
