Kachmar B. The security procedures of persons involved in criminal proceedings (criminal procedure aspects).

The thesis discloses the structure and content of the safety and security procedures of persons involved in criminal proceedings. It determines the key European safety procedures and principles for persons promoting justice. There was expressed the author's vision of the reasons for applying security measures in criminal proceedings to the persons and the circumstances that should be taken into account; as well the author's version of the relevant articles of the Law of Ukraine "On ensuring the security of persons involved in criminal proceedings ". There were analyzed the procedural guarantees of the human right to ensure security in criminal proceedings. It was proposed a proprietary theoretical-applied model of ensuring the safety of individuals in criminal proceedings just as recommendations to improve current legislation in the relevant relationships.
