Ayupova R. Administrative-legal Relationships with Participation of Economic Courts in Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to a complex research of administrative-legal relationships with participation of economic courts. The work characterizes the role and place of economic courts in court system and system of subjects of Administrative law. The dissertation defines essence, structure and peculiarities of administrative relationships with participation of economic courts as a legal form of realization of court administration, as well as an independent area of public administration. The work analyzes legal bases of the economic courts' activity and defines the place of administrative-legal regulation in their structure. It uncovers the structure of administrative-legal relationships with participation of economic courts in Ukraine. The dissertation defines main administrative-legal forms employed in evaluating efficiency of economic courts' activity, and characterizes present state of control over economic courts' activity and the ways of its enhancement.
