Batrachenko O. Administrative and Legal Principles of the Activities of the National Police of Ukraine in Ensuring Public Safety and Order

The thesis is devoted to determining the content and features of ensuring public safety and order by the National Police of Ukraine. The features of public safety and order as objects of administrative and legal protection and defense are revealed. The essence and tasks of the state administration of public safety and order are defined. The characteristics and structure of administrative and legal status of the National Police as the subject of ensuring public safety and order are established. The features of organizational and staff structure of the National Police as the subject of ensuring public safety and order are processed. The levels and types, forms and methods of law enforcement activity of the National Police in the sphere of ensuring public safety and order are established. Legal relations of cooperation and coordination in the field of ensuring public safety and order by the National Police are characterized. The ways of improving administrative legislation, which regulates the activity of the National Police of Ukraine in the field of public safety and order, are suggested.
