Dissertation is devoted to research of current issues concerning administrative and legal regulation of combating organized crime, corruption accompanied bonds. The paper considered the historical development of organized crime and corruption, their interaction and relationship. Defined the essence of social and legal nature of organized crime, corruption accompanied bonds. The state of modern legislative support to combat illegal mentioned phenomena, making it possible to determine what the current state of organized crime, especially accompanied by corruption has hurt your ties to society and the state, and the fight needs to be improved, overcoming the gaps and bringing international standards. These features and characteristics that confirm the close relationship of organized crime is corruption by establishing relationships latest corruption.
