Postova V. Formation of strategic management system of innovation activity machine building.

The thesis is devoted to the formation of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for strategic innovation management in enterprises of engineering industry, taking into account current market requirements and the state of the domestic economy. The thesis investigates the substance of the concepts of innovation, innovation activity; characterized functioning of institutional system of state support for innovation; investigated the features of the modern concept of the formation of strategic innovation management. The thesis was conducted analysis of engineering enterprise and quality control of innovative activity, taking into account all external and internal factors affecting the innovation processes; methodical approaches to the design of modern systems of strategic innovation management. Also, the in thesis was formed structural and functional model of strategic innovation management of engineering enterprises that improve functional purpose and relationship of management subsystems. In the thesis was proposed algorithm for evaluating the status and effectiveness of strategic innovation management at an engineering company; system presents the basic indicators for monitoring of innovation of engineering industry and improving information and monitoring of innovation software for strategic management activities.
