The thesis contains theoretical, scientific, methodological approaches, and practical recommendations for improving personnel management system on the basis of labor behavior controlling. Theoretical approaches to the content of personnel labor behavior formation, taking into account the properties of its constituent elements, were generalized. The necessity of labor behavior controlling implementation in the system of personnel management at enterprises was justified. Behavioral characteristics of personnel management at the domestic machine-building enterprises were analyzed. An assessment of labor behavior management on the basis of individualized results of personnel labor activity was carried out. On the basis of foreign experience of labor behavior management analysis there were offered prospects of progressive methods of planning, evaluation, and monitoring of labor activity implementation. Scientific and methodical approaches to the diagnosis of labor behavior were grounded. Scientific and methodological basis of labor behavior monitoring at ensuring the effective management of the personnel were developed. Scientific and practical recommendations of determination of labor behavior content and impact on the machine-building enterprises performance were formulated.
