Tricarbonyl Re(I) complexes with 9-methyladenin, aminoacids were also obtained that indicates the possibility of the coordination of tricarbonyl Re(I) complexes with DNA molecule, peptides and proteins. For the first time, tricarbonyl complexes of Re(I) with 1,2,4-triazole derivatives were obtained. Research of luminescent properties of this complexes shows the potential of these compounds as biomarkers. The method of obtaining potential biomarkers based on tricarbonyl rhenium(I) complex with a 4-methyl-2,2'-bipyridine-4'-carboxylate by the addition of biomolecules by peptide synthesis was developed. A selective attachment of receptor peptide enkephalin to complex [Re(CO)3(MebpyCOOH)Br] was performed.
