The object of the research is the processes the assessment of the efficiency of enterprise management that provides public utilities. The subject of the study is theoretical, scientific, methodological and applied aspects the assessment of the efficiency of enterprise management that provides public utilities. The thesis is devoted to improvement of theoretical positions, development of scientific and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the assessment of the efficiency of enterprise management that provides public utilities. In the process of solving the tasks, the following methods of scientific research were used: abstract-logical, grouping method, factor analysis, statistic-economic, expert evaluation, economic modeling. Improved scientific and methodical approach to evaluating the effectiveness of management that provides public utilities. Formed scientific and methodological basis for evaluating the effectiveness of management that provides public utilities.The system of criteria of efficiency of management of enterprises for provision of a complex of communal services has been improved.
