Tadeyeva N. Fair business practices of corporations in the system of social partnership

TThe object of research is the process of forming a conscientious business practice of corporations in Ukraine. Subject of research - a set of theoretical, methodological and applied provisions on the formation of a conscientious business practice of corporations in the system of social partnership. The purpose of the study is to substantiate theoretical and methodical principles and to develop scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of a conscientious business practice of corporations in the system of social partnership. The practical significance of the results obtained is that the theoretical positions and practical recommendations set forth in the dissertation work are the basis for the formation and improvement of mechanisms for the development of processes of conscientious business practice in the conditions of the social partnership system and can be implemented in economic practice. The following methods are used in the work: system engineering, decomposition analysis, comparative descriptive method, statistical methods, methods of mathematical modeling. The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of a conscientious business practice of corporations in the system of social partnership. The sphere of using author's recommendations is the state and regional government bodies.
