The manuscript is devoted to the development and investigation of new polymer composite materials based on heat-resistant polyamides reinforced with discrete chemical fibers. The main regularities of the course of physical and chemical processes in the structure of composites that affect the thermophysical, physico-mechanical and tribological properties of organoplastics are investigated and substantiated. On the basis of the studies, the optimal "matrix-fibrous filler" compositions were determined and production tests were carried out.
