Tereshchuk Y. Administrative and legal framework for management of State fiscal service of Ukraine in the customs area

The dissertation is devoted to further scientific development of administrative and legal support for management of the State Service of Ukraine in the customs area and developing proposals to improve legislation in this area. In this work including analysis of the current state of administrative and legal support customs; defined concepts and management features in the customs area; characterized the principles and functions of management in the customs area; carried out a systematic analysis of administrative and legal status of heads of State fiscal service of Ukraine in the customs area. In the dissertation first for understanding the fiscal management of the State Service of Ukraine in customs sphere approached scientific interpretation process management position with horizontal (functional) and vertical (organizational) approach.
