Shostakovskyi M. The organizational principles of financial management in Ukraine

The thesis deals with the organizational and legal principles of financial management in Ukraine. The degree of scientific research of methodology of financial management, formation of the theoretical content of finances and financial position of financial law, terminology of the term "finance" and "financial activities", were elaborated and the retrospective of financial activities is examined. The detailed review of the principles and methods of financial activity of the state was done, the main tasks that must comply with government financial activity were studied, organizational basis for the implementation of financial management in Ukraine aimed at streamlining public relations in the financial sector and financial activities were researched. Based on the experience of other countries concrete proposals were suggested and recommendations to improve legislation that affects organizational - legal framework of financial activity were made.
