Peftiyeva Y. Macroeconomic planning in the system of state regulation of the health sector

The object of research is the process of macroeconomic planning. The aim of the work is the substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and develop practical recommendations for the improvement of macroeconomic planning in the system of state regulation of the healthcare sector. The methods of research are: generalization, classification system approach, specification, structural synthesis economic analysis, statistical analysis, comparisons, methods of analysis: costs - benefits, costs - efficiency, costs - utility, cost minimization, generalization, abstraction. The scientific novelty of the research consists carried out is the development of theoretical foundations, methodological approaches, organizational provisions for the improvement of macroeconomic planning in the system of state regulation of the health sector. The conceptual provisions of strategic planning for the development of the health sector as a component of macroeconomic planning; methodical provision of macroeconomic planning in the system of state regulation of the economy; organizational and methodological provision of strategic health planning. There has been further development: directions of improvement of the quality of strategic planning of the health sector development; organizational and informational support for the formation and implementation of programs for the development of the health sector.
