Podolyak E. Administratively-legal base of corruption prevention in the conditions of public' mechanism of Ukraine reformation

In the dissertation various problems that are attached to the corruption as the social-legal phenomenon were been underlined. Main attention was paid to the following aspects of the scientific research's object: historical-legal determinants of corruption emergence and it's institutionalization in the realm of public governance of national legal system; specifics of anticorruption policy and its effect on the very phenomenon of corruption, its forms and intensity of destructive results on public order itself in various phases of national history of governance; depiction of importance of administrative-legal component of anticorruption policy and the fundamental problems of this substructure of national form of public order security. Additional attention has been paid to the problems of organization of foreign countries anticorruption policies afterwards the essential conclusions, attached to the practical ways of national anticorruption system modernization were made, especially in the realm of administrative-legal substructure of corruption counteraction.
