The definition of "intellectual capital of an enterprise" and the structure of intellectual capital in management of enterprise innovation activity have been specified. The methods and approaches to estimation of intellectual capital in management of enterprise innovation activity and the level of its utilization have been analysed. The approach to the estimation of utilization of intellectual capital in man-agement of enterprise innovation activity has been improved. The analytical tools of utilization of intellec-tual capital in management of enterprise innovation activity have been improved. The method of analysis of utilization of intellectual capital in management of enterprise innovation activity has been established. The procedure for selecting priority management decisions regarding the utilization of intellectual capital in management of enterprise innovation activity has been improved. The use of matrix analysis methods has been carried over analysis of the impact of utilization of intellectual capital of an enterprise. The method of analysis of effects of priority management decisions implementation has been developed.
