Avksentiev A. Modern theory of voting in the context of Ukrainian electoral transformations

The object of research – voting as a way of making collective political decisions by means of aggregating of individual preferences of the participants. The subject of the research is influencing the voting and its results factors, peculiarities of electoral transformations in Ukraine, particularly, in Kharkiv region. Complex approach with prevailing of quantity method was the methodological base of the conducted research. The scientific relevance of the results is related to the development of the theoretical model of elector’s voting research as a complex universal approach to the work of electoral and statistic materials in the context procedure transformations. The results of the research can be used during the preparing of scientific papers, training manuals, special courses in higher education institutions of governmental administrative type, the teaching of social and political disciplines. The research is also can be used during the defining of further directions in electoral reforming in Ukraine and development of the Election Code of Ukraine.
