The thesis reveals results of the research concerning theoretical-methodic and practical aspects of formation of a marketing mechanism for agricultural enterprises development. The work explains essence of the marketing mechanism and its main constituents, studies methods of the research concerning performance of the marketing mechanism at agricultural enterprises. The research describes conditions and tendencies of development of agricultural enterprises in Lviv region, gives results of the assessment of marketing potential of modelled agricultural enterprises and makes analysis of efficiency of their marketing activity. The thesis argues an opportunity to engage integration processes into agrarian sector to improve the marketing mechanism of business entities, defines factors to rise efficiency of marketing activity of agricultural enterprises. The researcher proves a possibility to rise competitive capacity of the enterprises by improving of their marketing mechanism.
