The thesis considered the production of granular solid biofuels from local bio raw with a mobile unit for the manufacture of granular solid biofuels. The general methodology is: methods of calculating costs of heat for heating residential and industrial premises; methods for determining the volume and the quality of the bio raw suitable for processing into bio fuel farms for different regions of Ukraine; theoretical model calculation methodology of experimental determination of the calorific value of fuel pellets; Mathematical model of energy intensity granule composition components; methods of integrated assessment approach the goal in defining rational technological scheme granulation biofuels. Developed a prototype of a mobile unit for granulation of solid biofuels, which is a characteristic feature full energy autonomy conditions in rural areas, can ensure production of 500 kg/h of wood pellets from local raw materials.
