Torhalo T. State Mechanisms for the Design of Regional Development in Ukraine

Object of research: management of regional development. Objective: theoretical substantiation of directions and development of practical recommendations for the improvement of state mechanisms for the design of regional development in Ukraine by introducing appropriate management technologies. Methods: categorical and etymological analysis, historical, synchronous and diachronic, structural-functional, comparative-historical and comparative-legal analysis, statistical and structural-system methods. Results: Theoretical development and substantiation of methodological approaches to the improvement of state mechanisms of designing regional development, based on the introduction of management technologies in the activities of public administration bodies at the regional level. Novelty: the formalization of deterministic algorithms for the introduction of management technologies into the activities of public administration bodies at the regional level has been substantiated and implemented; State mechanisms of regional development planning and others have been improved. Introduced into the Department of Economic Development and Trade of Sumy Oblast State Administration, etc. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants, local self-government officials.
