Kucheryava K. State regulation of development cooperation in the agricultural sector of Ukraine

The thesis contains substantiation of theoretical concepts and offers practical recommendations on improvement of the mechanism of state regulation of development cooperation in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The components of the mechanism of state regulation of development of cooperation in the agricultural sector are: purpose, objectives, principles, functions, forms, methods, means of control, enhanced subjective basis, legal, organizational, institutional, financial and economic functional components. Suggestions on improving the legal, institutional and economic state of regulation of the cooperative movement are provided. Methodological approaches to the diagnosis of cooperation at the regional level are offered. We suggest a two-tier model of state regulation of development of cooperation in the agricultural sector in order to create a consolidated responsibility of the state and members of the cooperative movement for food and within domestic limits economic and environmental safety as well as for the formation of social and economic bases of rural development in order to facilitate the development of self-regulation in the agricultural sector.
