Nevzorov O. Administrative and legal status of public prosecution in Ukraine

Singled out key criteria for the formation of the organizational structure of prosecutor's certain level. Determined administrative competence of prosecution. Solved scientific provisions on administrative and legal nature of the rights and duties of prosecutors. Proved that administrative responsibility in the sphere of prosecutors consists of administrative offenses imposed on prosecutors for violation of administrative law, the powers of prosecutors for drawing up protocols on administrative violations supervisory functions assigned prosecutor related to compulsory measures of restriction of personal freedoms, especially regarding corruption and military administrative offenses. Disclosed successful international experience determine administrative and legal status of prosecutors (USA, France, Armenia, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, of Denmark, Germany).
