The thesis is devoted to theoretical and applied research of state regulation of pharmaceutical activities in Ukraine. Author formulated proposals for improving development of the state pharmaceutical policy, regulation of pharmaceutical activities, economic methods of state regulation of pharmaceutical activities in Ukraine, based on the experience of the European Union member - states. Author described features of state regulation of pharmaceutical activities in Ukraine and several foreign countries, analyzed modern issues of state registration, pricing, introduction of European standards of pharmaceutical activities.
