Golub V. Becoming and development of the institution of administrative legal regime of martial law

The thesis is devoted to theoretical problems, determining of the nature, place in legal relations and socio-political role of the administrative legal regime of martial law. Determined the essence and content of the administrative legal regime of martial law, its place in the system of legal and emergency administrative legal regimes. Provided historical legal analysis of the formation and development of the institution of administrative legal regime of martial law since its emergence in the late Middle Ages and up to the present. Studied the legal procedure of declaration, prolongation and termination of the administrative legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and relevant emergency administrative legal regimes in foreign countries. Characterized the legal status of the subjects whose activities are aimed of ensuring the administrative legal regime of martial law. Stated the proposals of clarifications to a number of regulations governing administrative legal regime of martial law and activities of the subjects of its collateral
