Boyko Y. Management of Development of Competitive Potential of Agrarian Enterprises

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical, methodological and applied provisions of the management of the development of the competitiveness potential of enterprises. The paper generalizes theoretical positions and develops the conceptual-categorical apparatus of management of competitiveness and its potential. The author substantiates the methodical principles of assessing the effectiveness of management of the development of the potential of competitiveness of agrarian enterprises. The analysis and estimation of the state of development of competitiveness of agrarian enterprises and efficiency of its potential use are carried out. According to the results of the study, sectoral features and priority directions of the development of competitiveness development in the agroindustrial complex were determined. In addition, the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the development of the competitiveness potential of agrarian enterprises on a resource basis is substantiated in the work, and the recommendations for managing investment processes ensure the development of competitiveness. The conceptual foundations for increasing the efficiency of agricultural products and ensuring competitiveness through the introduction of quality management systems are also proposed.
