Essay

Dissertation deals with investigation of birds of the territories of technological objects of the waste waters treatment of the North-Eastern part of Ukraine. Species composition was determined and annotated faunal list of the birds, which occur in the territories of the waste water treatment plants of the considered region was compiled. Complex characteristic of avifauna of the considered territories is given. Comparative analysis of the species composition, taxonomic richness and structure of avifauna in various types of the waste water treatment plants was carried out. Degree of similarity of the birds' species composition of these objects was determined.
