Kuchynskyi Y. Administrative and Legal Regime of Military Property in Ukraine.

Thesis is devoted to theoretical and legal problems of the administrative-legal regime of military property in Ukraine. It is substantiated that military property is movable and immovable property of general and special purpose relating to the state property and assigned to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, military units of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, etc. on the basis of operational management, and is used exclusively for functional and special purposes with the purpose of fulfilling its functions and servicing the servicemen, as well as for the conducting economic activities in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine.
