Essay

Thesis is a monographic study in which the financial and legal regulation of the provision of government guarantees in Ukraine is determined in a comprehensive manner, taking into account modern methods of cognition, the achievements of domestic and foreign legal science, as well as the current legislation of Ukraine, and the prospective directions of its improvement are considered. Taking into account the well-founded position regarding the public nature of government guarantees as a form of public debt, it is proposed the use of the category "government guarantees" in the financial law instead of "public guarantees".
