Essay

This thesis is the first Ukrainian monographic research of theoretical and practical issues determining the method of investigating violations of fire safety requirements established by the legislation. The paper formulates and proves a set of new provisions and opinions relevant to forensic science, investigative activity and litigation. The concept and the content elements of criminological characteristics of fire safety violations, and its interconnection are defined, also the features of detecting violations and organization of the investigation initial phase.
