The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations on the formation and functioning of organizational and economic mechanisms of development of enterprise marketing agri-food sector. In the thesis the logical model of the mechanism of formation of the integrated system of agricultural marketing and processing companies agri-food sector, based on the formation of territorial marketing centers (associative, cooperative or private basis) designed to coordinate the system of enterprises and agri-food sector in local markets to ensure their competitiveness.
