Krasnokutska I. Estimation and forecasting of the region's provision level by the labour resources.

This research focuses on theoretical and methodical positions provisions and practical recommendations regarding the estimation and forecasting of the level of employment of labor resources in the regions' economy. At the same time, a set of models for estimating and forecasting the attraction of labor resources to the region's economy is proposed based on the existing scenarios of relations between market institutions, which include professional activation, implementation of projects for expanding the attraction of labor resources and the transfer of information about their condition.The methodical approach to the selection of factors influencing the state of the labor market development, the methodical approach to the forecasting of the level of free labor resources on the basis of the use of neural networks methods, as well as methodical tools for analysis and diagnostics of the labor market in the regional aspect is developed.The mechanism of regulation of the labor market is proposed, which provides differentiation of measures that ensure the coherence of economic interaction between the state and regions in order to ensure its effective functioning, creation of economic conditions for ensuring an adequate standard of living of the population by overcoming the pronounced social injustice in income differentiation, elimination or minimization of inequality in obtaining and maintaining jobs.
