Levchuk S. Organizational-legal bases of provision of administrative services by bodies of the state fiscal service of Ukraine

In disertation research is given the theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific tasks for the determination of the content and features of the administrative legal relations in the sphere of providing administrative services to the State fiscal service of Ukraine (hereinafter-bodies of SFS). Investigated problems of the entity and the procedures for granting registration, licensing, certification, information administrative services SFS bodies of Ukraine. Investigated the notion of administrative, licensing, registration, information administrative services bodies of SFS. Made an analysis of the institutional structure of SFS as subjects of provision of administrative services.The procedure of providing administrative services to the organs of SFS and administrative and legal status of the bodies of SFS as subjects of provision of administrative services is analyzed.
