Essay

In the dissertation work features of the legal regulation of the customs procedure of determining the country of origin of goods are considered. It is established that the definition of the country of origin of the goods and the presence or absence of supporting documents directly affects the application of the import duty rate. It is emphasized that certain international agreements of Ukraine with other countries on rules of origin may provide for grounds other than those provided for by the Customs Code of Ukraine.
