Essay

The dissertation defines modern problems of state regulation of insurance activity in the construction industry, outlines the theoretical principles of state regulation of insurance, raises the necessity of adopting a systemic Law of Ukraine "On the Basics of Urban Development and its Regulation". The suggestions on application of the experience of European countries are substantiated, author's approach to the regulation of risks in the construction sphere is developed. The directions of improvement of the institutional and organizational-institutional mechanism of insurance in the construction sphere are determined.
