Topov A. Investment and innovative development of the vineyard-winery subcomplex

Object of research: sphere and elements of economic relations of wine-growing and wine-growing enterprises of Ukraine, engaged in industrial cultivation of grapes and processing. Purpose: development of scientifically grounded conceptual foundations and scientific and methodological support for the process of investment and innovation development of the wine-growing and winemaking subcomplex and relevant practical recommendations for its improvement. Methods of research: abstract-logical, monographic, system analysis, graphical techniques, statistical methods of grouping, modern economic-statistical techniques with the use of computers. Scientific novelty: for the first time the expediency of creating a specialized wine-growing and wine-making consulting center has been substantiated; Methodological approaches to investment planning of wine-growing enterprises, methodology of investment-innovation activity analysis and classification of a system of indicators of its efficiency in winemaking and winemaking complex, construction of an investment-innovation-oriented vineyard-winery cluster of the Odessa region, strategic directions of investment and innovation development of the subcomplex; have further developed the justification of the tendencies of the market functioning of vine growing, proposals on the state support of investment and innovation development of the wine-growing and wine-growing subcomplex, justification of the need to restore the fee for the development of viticulture, horticulture and hop harvesting.
