Essay

For the first time, 26 new complex compounds of direnium(III) were synthesized and isolated in an individual form. The composition and structure of the obtained complex compounds were determined by the methods of elemental analysis, conductometry, mass spectrometry, IR, NMR- and electronic absorption spectroscopy. It was shown that in the compounds of cis-tetrachlorodi-?-aminocarboxylatodirhenium(III) and dichlorotetra-?-amino-carboxylatodirhenium(III) chlorides, the amino acid ligand is coordinated bridging to the direnium(III) cluster by the oxygen atoms of the carboxyl group. Study of stability out under similar to human conditions was carried. As a result, it was shown that the obtained cis-tetrachlorodi-?-carboxylates of dirhenium(III) with proteinogenic amino acids possess high stability, which makes them suitable for use in biological systems. It was established that the obtained substances exhibit antiradical activity. The experiment with albumin shown the possibility of interaction of the derivatives of direnium(III) with biological macromolecules.
