Vyhanyailo S. Development of Economic Activity Planning Systems in the Management of Poultry Enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological substantiation and practical elaboration of conceptual foundations and applied approaches and techniques concerning the development of advanced planning systems in the management of poultry industry enterprises. The theoretical bases of construction of progressive systems of planning of economic activity and their integration into management of poultry industry enterprises are substantiated. Estimation of rationality of existing systems of planning of economic activity of poultry industry enterprises is carried out. An organizational tool for the adoption and implementation of strategic, tactical and operational management decisions has been developed. The system of estimation indicators of economic results of the main activity of poultry industry enterprises has been improved. The typology of strategies for the development of poultry industry enterprises and their planning systems is substantiated. To develop a conceptual-categorical apparatus of research of systems of economic planning in the management of enterprises. The directions and scenarios of implementation of development strategies of poultry industry enterprises are outlined. The methodical device of planning of economic activity of enterprises and support of making managerial decisions is developed. The mechanism of integration of advanced planning systems in the management of poultry industry enterprises is substantiated.
